Overview
This Reseller License grants the purchaser ("Licensee") the right to sell the included digital printable files to end users for personal use only, subject to the terms and restrictions outlined below.
This license is granted to the original purchaser only and may not be transferred, shared, or assigned to any other individual or entity.
✔ Permitted Customers
The Licensee may sell the digital files to the following end users for personal, non-commercial use:
- ✔ Parents and guardians planning a child's party or personal event
- ✔ Individuals planning personal events such as birthdays, baby showers, and graduations
- ✔ Schools and teachers using the files for classroom events and celebrations
- ✔ Churches and community organizations using the files for internal events
- ✔ Event hosts and consumers purchasing for their own personal use
📣 Permitted Sales Channels
The Licensee may market and sell the digital files through the following channels:
- ✔ Etsy and similar digital marketplace platforms
- ✔ Personal websites and branded online stores
- ✔ Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- ✔ Email marketing and direct sales to end customers
- ✔ Any other legitimate sales channel, provided sales are to end users only
✘ Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this license:
- ✘ Selling, transferring, sublicensing, or distributing the files to another business for resale purposes
- ✘ Selling the files to another printable seller, party business owner, designer, digital product seller, or entrepreneur intending to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the files
- ✘ Granting resale rights, commercial rights, or redistribution rights of any kind to any third party
- ✘ Transferring, gifting, or assigning this license to another person or business entity
- ✘ Sharing, uploading, or distributing the source files in any format that allows others to resell or redistribute them
Core Rule
This license permits sales to end users only. Resale to resellers, business owners, or any party intending to commercially exploit the files is strictly and explicitly prohibited. The Licensee is selling a finished product to a consumer — not licensing rights to another seller.
Enforcement
Party Biz Hub™ reserves the right to revoke this license immediately and without refund upon evidence of any prohibited use. The Licensee's agreement to these terms at time of purchase constitutes a binding legal record of acceptance.
Violations may result in license termination, removal of store access, and pursuit of applicable legal remedies.
